Invalid User Name/password

Why does the app say “Invalid user name/password”?

If you get an error, make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly.  Make sure your server is set to MyHōlHōm using the settings button.  If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one emailed to you.

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or tablet with full-screen browser capabilities.
  2. Enter holhom.myenergate.com into the URL address bar.
  3. Enter your user name and click the “Forgot Password?” button.
  4. Click the “Email New Password” button.
  5. Once you have the new password, you will need to login using a web browser and change it to a new one before you can use the mobile app.
  6. Try to login to the app again with your new password.
